Yud Katu Tomaro

Yud began his professional journey at Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative, later advancing to Team Leader and Trainer, where he developed strong skills in communication, coaching, and workflow coordination. He later worked as a Pricing Coordinator for a rental company in California, expanding his expertise in operations, data management, and process support.

Yud is an IT undergraduate from the SouthEast Asian Institute of Technology, where he built a strong foundation in technology and systems, supporting his analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.

Currently, Yud serves as an Onboarding Support Specialist at Study Smart Tutors, where he assists tutors with onboarding requirements and manages a document-tracking system to support compliance and efficient program operations. His reliability, technical background, and collaborative mindset contribute to a smooth onboarding experience and strong operational support for the organization.
