Yud Katu Tomaro

Yud began his professional journey in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, later advancing to Team Leader and Trainer, where he built strong expertise in communication, coaching, and workflow coordination. He later worked as a Pricing Coordinator for a California-based rental company, strengthening his background in operations and data management.

Yud is an IT undergraduate from the SouthEast Asian Institute of Technology, where he built a strong foundation in technology and systems, supporting his analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.

He currently serves as an Onboarding Compliance Support Specialist at Study Smart Tutors, where he ensures tutors remain compliant by monitoring onboarding requirements, coordinating the renewal of expired documents and mandatory training, and maintaining accurate compliance records to support efficient and compliant program operations.
