Tugba Adanur

Director of Curriculum and Assessment

Tugba Adanur brings over 15 years of experience in education and curriculum development. She specializes in designing and implementing effective intervention programs, with a focus on math and ELA initiatives for K–12 students. Tugba is also passionate about creating inclusive programs for neurodivergent learners and supporting full-inclusion classrooms. Her expertise spans strategic planning, curriculum design, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

Tugba holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education and has completed the California Clear Credential Program. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Change, further strengthening her focus on systems-level improvement and sustainable educational practices. She is dedicated to improving education through practical, thoughtful, and collaborative solutions.

In her current role as Director of Curriculum & Assessment at Study Smart Tutors, Tugba focuses on developing standards-aligned instructional materials, leading professional development sessions, and expanding educational initiatives through partnerships with schools, districts, and community organizations. Her work is centered on improving student outcomes and fostering educational equity for all learners.
