Strady began his professional journey in the BPO industry in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative for the U.S.-based satellite radio company. In 2018, he transitioned into roles focused on Data Entry and data management, where he developed strong expertise in accuracy, attention to detail, and process compliance. Over the years, he has built a solid foundation in data validation, reporting, and quality assurance, making precision and reliability central to his work.

Strady graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management. His academic background, combined with hands-on industry experience, has strengthened his skills in data analysis, organization, documentation, and continuous improvement. He consistently seeks opportunities to enhance his skill set and adapt to new systems and workflows.

Currently, Strady serves as a Jr. Lead Academic Support Specialist, where he plays an active role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across tracking and reporting systems. His work supports operational efficiency and informed decision-making, contributing to the overall success of tutoring programs and internal processes. Through his commitment to detail and excellence, he continues to make a positive and reliable impact on the team.
