With experience in talent acquisition, Stanly has honed his expertise in evaluating communication skills and behavioral competencies to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs. His work includes profiling, hiring, and filing to complete class rosters based on forecasted requirements.

Stanly pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. He began his BPO career as a consultant at a global e-commerce company with membership-based brands. Later, he dedicated time to community work in his home province, supporting local initiatives focused on service and support. He also served in the Inter Agency Task Force during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting in response efforts.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Study Smart Tutors, Stanly supports school programs through organized hiring pipelines, clear communication with candidates, and timely coordination with internal teams. He helps maintain stable staffing for active sites and strengthens the recruitment flow for new placements.
