Sandra Salinas is an education professional with experience in program design, individualized instruction, and student support. She has taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in K–12 schools across Spain, while also supporting children with neurodivergencies as a Behavior Interventionist. Her work reflects a deep commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments that meet the unique needs of every student.

Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Sciences, specializing in Early Education and English Language Learning, and earned a Certification in Behavior Intervention. She gained international teaching experience over five years, providing English instruction to diverse learners, including both Spanish and Chinese-speaking students.

Sandra began her journey with Study Smart Tutors as a Tutor and has since grown into the role of Academic Services Manager. In her current position, she utilizes her teaching experience and training to enhance educational outcomes, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with teams to improve student engagement and client retention. Sandra’s passion for equity and personalized learning continues to guide her mission of empowering students to reach their full potential.
