Samara Cadogan

Samara is a dedicated education leader and community psychologist with over ten years of experience supporting students through thoughtful program design, strong partnerships, and hands-on implementation. She is committed to creating supportive, student-centered experiences that promote academic growth, career readiness, and overall well-being.

Samara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Education Counseling with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She continues to expand her expertise through professional development in trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and youth wellness programming. Throughout her career, Samara has helped lead programs serving over 300 students across Los Angeles County, achieving strong completion and engagement outcomes, particularly in dual enrollment programs at Compton College and Los Angeles Trade Technical College. In Summer 2025, she led efforts to connect students with paid internship opportunities, helping bridge education, workforce experience, and long-term success.

As a Lead Program Manager at Study Smart Tutors, Samara oversees daily program operations supporting student achievement in Math and STEAM. She works closely with LAUSD, college partners, and community organizations to ensure smooth implementation, consistent student engagement, and positive outcomes. Through strong coordination, partnership collaboration, and student-centered support, she strengthens pathways to academic and professional success.
