She studied Accountancy at the University of Mindanao in Davao City, where she developed a solid foundation in finance and business management. She continues to value learning and growth, approaching her responsibilities with consistency, integrity, and purpose. Rome’s career began as an Accounting and Purchasing Coordinator, where she strengthened her skills in financial operations and procurement. She later expanded her expertise in the BPO industry as a Healthcare Support Representative, developing a strong sense of service, adaptability, and attention to detail.

As an Accounting Administrative Support at Study Smart Tutors, Rome oversees the auditing and forecasting of Program Health Reports, Deferred Revenue, and Payroll Audit Hours. She also manages program report requests and collaborates with Partnership Success Managers to review overage utilization, ensuring clear and accurate financial communication across teams.
