Passionate about both education and the creative arts, Rayben has spent time in the classroom inspiring students with a dynamic approach to history while integrating his love for design and the arts into teaching methods.

Rayben holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and began his career as a primary and secondary teacher. He later joined Study Smart Tutors as a Staffing Specialist, where he leveraged his educational experience and organizational skills to recruit and support top-tier tutors who align with the company’s commitment to quality and student success. His success in this role paved the way for his transition into the Curriculum Department, where he continues to apply his creativity and educational background to enhance program development and learning materials that meet the diverse needs of students.

Currently serving as a Curriculum Support Specialist at Study Smart Tutors, Rayben contributes to the creation, review, and refinement of engaging academic content, ensuring it aligns with educational goals and program standards. His efforts empower both tutors and students, fostering high-quality, accessible, and inspiring learning experiences across a variety of subjects.
