Randy Connelly

Randy is a seasoned educator and sales education leader with over 25 years of experience dedicated to empowering students, staff, and underserved communities. He spent more than a decade teaching Special Education, leading RTI initiatives, and supporting underprivileged youth, both in classroom and as a Transition Coordinator.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Special Education from Central University, a Master of Education with an emphasis on urban youth, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. This unique combination of educational and psychological training allows Randy to connect meaningfully with both learners and education leaders, driving transformative results across diverse environments.

As Associate Director of Business Development, Randy brings a passion for equity, access, and systemic impact with a proven track record of securing and supporting school district partnerships of all sizes with specialties in both staffing and education technology.
