Queencyl Calimpong is a committed professional with a strong background
in retail operations, customer service, and administrative support. She
began her career as a Merchandising Supervisor at SM Supermarket in the
Philippines, where she spent four years overseeing product replenishment,
coordinating inventory processes, and facilitating supplier negotiations and
business reviews to support efficient store operations.
Expanding her professional experience, Queencyl transitioned into roles as
an Inbound Customer Service Representative and Virtual Assistant
supporting U.S.- and Canada-based clients. In these roles, she
strengthened her expertise in client relations, communication, and problem
resolution while delivering efficient and professional customer support in
fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
Currently, Queencyl serves as an Academic Support Specialist, where she
provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the
smooth coordination of academic programs. Through accurate data
management, effective process coordination, and a strong commitment to
service excellence, she contributes to maintaining efficient program
operations and high-quality service delivery.
