Noah is a seasoned higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in program management, teaching, tutoring, college advising, and curriculum development. He is deeply committed to maximizing student potential, improving program efficiency, and strengthening partnerships that advance educational equity across New York and New Jersey’s underserved communities.

Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies & Production. After graduating, he achieved the rank of Premier Tutor for SAT/ACT at The Princeton Review, where he honed his expertise in test preparation and student engagement. Over the next decade, he served as a Program Manager, leading curriculum development and EdTech operations that enhanced learning outcomes and instructional quality.

As a Partnership Success Manager at Study Smart Tutors, Noah oversees the design and implementation of more than 275 SAT/ACT preparation and tutoring programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and accessibility. He also manages complex data systems to track attendance, measure test score growth, and streamline communication and operational workflows.
