Nieva Pearl Candia

Nieva brings 7 years of diverse experience, having worked as an Administrative Support, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Team Leader, and Supervisor. Her expertise has led her to coach aspiring Virtual Assistants on Google Suite Applications, further expanding her impact in the field.

A graduate with a degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English, Nieva’s career began during her Senior High School years as a Virtual Assistant. Over time, she honed her leadership skills through extensive training and hands-on experience.

Currently, Nieva serves as the Senior Lead of HR Compliance & Onboarding at Study Smart Tutors, where she leads the Onboarding Team. She works closely with HR to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for Part-Time Tutors and Facilitators. Nieva also oversees administrative initiatives, including the Study Smart University program, to support the company’s mission of providing a safe, effective learning environment for students.
