With nearly 3 years of experience in educational staffing, Mizza focuses on aligning educators’ expertise with program needs, considering both qualifications and availability. She takes pride in making thoughtful placements that lead to successful outcomes for both educators and programs. Mizza has developed expertise in Scheduling & Coordination, Team Leadership & Development, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Building, successfully mentoring her team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Mizza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and is currently pursuing Six Sigma Certification to further her expertise in process optimization. She continues to expand her professional knowledge through leadership and team management training.
