Mitchie Fuentes

Mitchie joins Study Smart Tutors with her background in Human Resources and Recruitment.

She earned her degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology and, after graduating, began her career as an HR Officer at a logistics company. In this role, she was responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and creating policies and handbooks in accordance with labor laws. Her ultimate goal is to support individuals in need while continuously learning and applying knowledge within the HR field. Mitchie believes there is always more to discover and unlearn in this dynamic industry.

Outside of work, Mitchie enjoys spending time at the beach, reading books, and watching psychological and thrilling movies.
