Mitchie Fuentes

Mitchie is an experienced Sales Development Representative with strong skills in client communication, relationship management, and strategic outreach. Driven by her interest in human behavior and her background in psychology, she transitioned into Human Resources, starting as an HR Officer in a logistics company. In this role, she managed the full recruitment cycle and helped develop policies aligned with labor laws, combining a people-focused approach with process-driven expertise.

Mitchie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has completed certifications in clinical, community, educational, and industrial/organizational settings. She also presented her research, “Noxious Relationship: Story of a Single Mother,” at the International Research Congress. Her core skills include interviewing, compliance support, sourcing strategy, policy development, sales, client engagement, and recruitment data analysis.

At Study Smart Tutors, Mitchie serves as a Jr. Lead Recruiting Coordinator, supporting recruitment operations, multi-state compliance processes, and staffing efforts for various programs. She helps streamline hiring workflows, evaluates candidate pipelines, and ensures programs are staffed with qualified tutors. Mitchie’s combined experience in sales, HR, and recruitment enables her to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission, driving efficiency, engagement, and impact.
