Mark Vincent Guardo

Mark joins Study Smart Tutors as an HR Administrative Assistant. With experience as a Human Resource Specialist in Employment Relations and Recruitment, Mark is skilled in managing employee queries, maintaining profiles, and collaborating with organizational development teams to create performance management reports that support employee growth.

Mark’s background includes serving as a key point of contact for employees, addressing queries, grievances, and challenges with professionalism and empathy. He values peaceful mediation and collaborative problem-solving to resolve disputes effectively.

A Psychology graduate, Mark was an active member and the youngest President of his university’s Peer Facilitators Group, where he worked closely with the Guidance Center to support student transitions and foster emotional well-being.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys reading both fiction and nonfiction, with a particular interest in Filipino history, mythology, and sociology. He is also passionate about traditional and digital painting as a creative outlet.

Mark is excited to contribute to Study Smart Tutors and continue his professional development within the team.
