Mark is an HR professional with over 3 years of experience, supported by a background in Employment Relations and Recruitment. He serves as the primary owner of HR Administrative operations in California, providing timely and compliant support for a large population of part-time tutors and facilitators. His expertise centers on HR administration, offboarding processes, final pay compliance, employee onboarding, and serving as the main point of contact through the HR Admin Hotline.

He holds a strong academic foundation in Psychology, which centers his people-centered approach to HR and employee support. His leadership experience includes serving as the youngest President of his university’s Peer Facilitators Group, where he supported student transitions and well-being. He holds Paycor and Dialpad certifications and demonstrates core competencies in HR Administration and Compliance (California-focused), HRIS management, onboarding support, administrative procedures, and employee relations.

As the most senior HR Administrative Assistant, Mark plays a key role as both a procedural and cultural spearhead within the HR team. He proactively maintains and updates administrative procedures, supports the HR Manager with critical initiatives, and serves as a liaison for offshore hiring efforts. Through his work as a Hotline Ambassador and onboarding primary facilitator, Mark significantly contributes to employee integration, morale, and operational efficiency, while also fostering company culture through engagement initiatives.
