She then transitioned to Human Resources and Payroll, where she honed her skills in precision and empathy. After two years, she embraced virtual work as a Virtual Administrative Assistant, balancing communication and collaboration across borders.

With a degree in Information Technology, Marife brings both technical aptitude and a strong sense of purpose to her work, believing that even the smallest task, when done with care, contributes to a greater whole.

Now serving as a Payroll Specialist at Study Smart Tutors, Marife seamlessly blends her expertise in HR, technology, and administration to support the company’s mission. She continues to grow in her role, embodying professionalism, integrity, and quiet strength.
