Marguerite is a Talent Acquisition professional with over four years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. In her most recent role with a local child welfare organization, she partnered with leadership to support hiring strategies, improve processes, and create positive, people-first candidate experiences. Her background across HR operations, client services, and administrative support allows her to stay organized, build strong relationships, and navigate high-volume work with intention and care.

At her core, Marguerite values connection. She genuinely enjoys building relationships with candidates, colleagues, and her community. A proud Disney College Program alum, she brings a strong foundation of service, teamwork, and experience-driven work into everything she does.

Marguerite began her career with a national hotel chain, where she gained experience in guest relations, operations, and administrative support, developing a deep appreciation for teamwork and attention to detail. She later transitioned into Human Resources as a Health Client Specialist, where she discovered her passion for problem-solving, analytics, and process improvement, ultimately leading her into Talent Acquisition.

Marguerite holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northern Illinois University, with minors in Art and African American Studies. She also completed the Disney College Program and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate through the University of South Florida. She is committed to continuous growth and actively seeks opportunities to expand her leadership and people skills.

In her current role as a Recruiting Coordinator at Study Smart Tutors, Marguerite supports the full recruitment lifecycle, managing interview coordination, scheduling, and communication across stakeholders. As a key point of contact for candidates, she focuses on creating a welcoming, organized, and transparent hiring experience that helps bring in high-quality, mission-aligned talent.
