Malcolm McDaniel

Malcolm McDaniel is a talent acquisition professional with over five years of experience across the education, finance, and media sectors. Prior to transitioning into talent acquisition, he served as a Fraternity and Sorority Advisor at various colleges and universities. His expertise includes recruiting for internship and entry-level roles.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Long Island University, as well as a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies from Hofstra University. He is particularly passionate about supporting first-generation college students and advancing their success in higher education.

Malcolm currently serves as a Recruiting Coordinator at Study Smart Tutors, where he supports the full-cycle recruitment process for part-time tutors and program facilitators, primarily in the New York City area. In this role, he sources candidates, reviews applications, conducts initial screenings, coordinates interviews, and maintains accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
