Lyndsey has a strong background in communications, which has enabled her to quickly adapt to new roles and responsibilities while supporting multiple teams. She has a proven track record of excelling in environments where organizational and logistical strengths are essential.

Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Apparel Merchandising. She began her career at Study Smart Tutors as an in-person Tutor and later expanded her expertise in Human Resources, particularly within the Recruiting function, as a Recruiting Coordinator. After some time, Lyndsey transitioned out of Recruiting to the Human Resources team, where she now supports both the HR and Purchasing departments.

Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator, Lyndsey is responsible for communications with various organizations and institutions, compliance, policy implementation, and SOP creation. She also manages employee relations, logistics, and planning, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a supportive work environment.
