Leojan’s career has always been guided by one simple principle: doing the work right, every time. Known for his calm approach and dependable nature, Leojan has built a reputation as someone who brings both precision and heart to everything he does.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management, where his interest in organization and teamwork first took root. Today, those same values drive him to foster collaboration and integrity in every part of his work. Before stepping into his leadership role in payroll support, Leojan’s career took him through a variety of fields, from warehouse operations to government auditing to customer service. Each chapter added a new layer of experience: the fast-paced coordination of logistics, the discipline and structure of public service, and the empathy and communication skills gained from helping customers every day. These experiences shaped the leader he is today: steady, detail-oriented, and always ready to lend a hand.

Now, as Lead Payroll Support Specialist, Leojan leads a team dedicated to ensuring that every employee is paid accurately and on time. He guides and mentors his team members, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their work. Whether it’s resolving a complex payroll issue or finding ways to streamline processes, Leojan approaches every challenge with patience and purpose.

Outside the numbers and reports, Leojan believes that great results come from great teamwork, and he works hard to create an environment where his colleagues can thrive, learn, and succeed together. In his free time, Leojan enjoys watching Asian historically based movies/series, anime, and planting fruit trees and flowers.
