Laura is an experienced education leader dedicated to advancing equity and improving outcomes for K–12 students. With a strong foundation in program management, curriculum design, and data-driven strategy, she has led impactful initiatives focused on literacy, academic preparation, and access for underserved communities. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating learning environments where all students can thrive.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Leadership and a Master of Science in Education, along with certifications in Secondary English Education, Special Education, Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), and Education Finance. While teaching English, Public Speaking, and Debate for grades 10–12, Laura discovered her passion for college and career readiness—an experience that continues to shape her approach to educational leadership.
As an Associate Director of Education at Study Smart Tutors, Laura brings expertise in strategic planning, program execution, curriculum design, and fiscally informed decision-making to support equitable educational opportunities. She is dedicated to leveraging data and technology to strengthen instruction and create innovative learning experiences that empower both students and educators.
