Laura Orozco

Laura has a proven track record of success in building strategic alliances that drive program goals and create measurable improvements in student success. She is passionate about promoting educational excellence through collaboration and strategic impact, empowering students and institutions alike to thrive.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has provided behavioral services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, focusing on child and adolescent behavior intervention. She later worked for an organization dedicated to increasing graduation rates for at-risk students, surrounding them with a community of support to help them stay in school and achieve success. In this role, Laura coordinated school-wide events, case managed students, and focused on addressing the needs of underrepresented students.
