Krystalyn Azikiwe

Krystalyn is a Program Manager at Study Smart Tutors with a strong foundation in education, operations, and instructional leadership. She has held leadership roles within school communities, where she coached educators, led student experience initiatives, and drove efforts to strengthen instructional quality and student outcomes. Known for her ability to step in, assess quickly, and bring structure to complex challenges, Krystalyn leads with both clarity and intention.

Passionate about educational equity and student success, Krystalyn approaches her work with a balance of high expectations and strong relationship-building, ensuring facilitators feel supported while maintaining a clear focus on results for students. Krystalyn is an alumna of CUNY and Howard University. Outside of her work in education, she enjoys photography and creating mixed media art, using creativity to explore storytelling, culture, and self-expression.
