Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, communications, and educational leadership to her role at Study Smart Tutors. With a career rooted in public education and community engagement, she has led district-wide initiatives, supported talent acquisition efforts, and built strong relationships with educators, administrators, and families.

A first-generation college graduate, Kelly is passionate about opportunity and growth–both for herself and for the candidates she supports. She holds a BA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Kelly has extensive experience in recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and process improvement.
