Joanne Lucero

Before joining Study Smart Tutors as a Support Specialist, Joanne worked as a Technical Support Representative in a call center in Cagayan de Oro City.

She has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, having worked in these fields across various large companies. Joanne also has VA experience as an outbound caller and has taught online at 51-Talk. There, she conducted lessons to Chinese children aged 5-8 years old, aiming to enhance their writing, reading, and speaking skills.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with her children and family. Her greatest passions are dancing and singing. She enjoys watching romantic comedy movies and visiting natural sites to unwind and relax.
