Jelyn Candido

Jelyn Candido joined Study Smart Tutors after working in the BPO industry. She is a graduate of Basak National High School, located in Basak, Magpet, North Cotabato.

Jelyn first worked as a Customer Service Representative, where she answered customer concerns about their bills and internet connections.

She also worked as a customer experience representative. In this role, she assisted customers by helping them track their online orders and process online payments. She also helped customers book hotel accommodation within the USA and check availability.

Furthermore, Jelyn also held a position as an Account Executive. Here, she reached out to people who clicked on advertisements on Facebook or Instagram and scheduled them for appointments with a travel advisor. This was to help them avail themselves of incentives such as discounts on cruise lines and hotel rooms.

During her free time, Jelyn enjoys listening to worship songs and gardening. She is passionate about the Bible and believes that everything happens for a reason. According to her, each one of us has a purpose!
