Jazaella brings extensive experience in payroll administration, team operations, and organizational support. She is a Paycor Trusted Administrator and holds Certified Paycor Pro credentials in Payroll + HR and Talent Management, which she leverages to streamline payroll and HR processes effectively.

Jazaella earned her Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration and, while at Study Smart Tutors, has expanded her professional expertise through specialized training. She previously served as the Business Development Team Leader for Virtual Assistants, where she managed team operations with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, process efficiency, and overall operational excellence. Jazaella has also contributed to Study Smart Tutors as an Advocacy Coordinator, reflecting her passion for collaboration, growth, and community engagement.

In her current role as a Payroll Support Specialist, Jazaella ensures the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations, supports HR initiatives, and contributes to maintaining smooth and compliant internal systems. Her meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and positive energy make her an invaluable part of the Study Smart Tutors team.
