Hazel Bagtasos

Hazel is a distinguished first-generation college graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and graduated as a Student Assistant Scholar. She successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in March 2023. Hazel’s career began during her 4th year of college as a volunteer teacher, where she built a strong foundation in learner-centered methodologies. After graduation, she transitioned to the private sector as a customer service representative, eventually advancing to account and sales associate roles, where she demonstrated exceptional drive, adaptability, and learning agility in new roles and tools.

Hazel served as an Administrative Assistant for Partnership Success and later for Partnership Development at Study Smart Tutors, where she streamlined operations and coordinated inter-team communications. In her current role, Hazel leverages this experience to drive improved outcomes and cross-functional execution, contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency.
