Fabiola has four years of experience in college access programs, including GEAR UP and Alliance GEAR UP. She focused on university-community partnerships, the politics in education, and student support. Fabiola is dedicated to helping students reach their full potential through education and equitable access.
Fabiola holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Science in Education. During her graduate studies, she focused on support for underserved students, including Central American migrant students and first-generation students. She has worked as a tutor, teacher, college advisor, and community organizer for equitable education, advocating for under-resourced communities and historically marginalized student populations. Fabiola has also worked with CCSA, where her involvement in advocacy and community organizing sparked her passion for educational justice.
As the Partnership Manager at Study Smart Tutors, Fabiola leads efforts to foster strategic partnerships, ensuring that educational resources and support reach the students who need them most. Her work continues to focus on equitable access and student success.
