Ella Grace Moulic

Ella is an HR professional with over three years of hands-on HR experience. She brings a strong foundation in benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and the development of internal policies.

Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies and Psychology, giving her a unique perspective on human behavior, teamwork, and performance insights she brings intentionally into her HR work. Her technical skill set includes benefits administration, attendance management, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Employee Navigator and Paycor. In addition, she continues to expand her expertise through the creation of SOPs, training materials, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

In her current role as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Study Smart Tutors, Ella supports team members throughout the full benefits lifecycle from new-hire enrollment and eligibility monitoring to open enrollment and troubleshooting employee inquiries. She ensures accurate documentation, maintains compliance records, and plays a key role in assisting and strengthening HR systems that enhance overall employee experience. Beyond her administrative responsibilities, she contributes meaningful resources and improvements that help refine internal operations.
