She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and previously spent over two years as an HR Business Partner for one of the Philippines’ leading property developers, where she played a key role in driving employee engagement and talent acquisition initiatives. These experiences strengthened her expertise in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, enabling her to align diverse teams around a shared vision.

In her current role as a Staffing Specialist at Study Smart Tutors, Ciara applies her operational precision and people-focused approach to ensure every student receives holistic support.
