Charmaine began her career in the corporate sector, where she gained valuable experience as a Technical and Customer Service Support across multiple accounts. These roles helped her develop strong communication, analytical, and client-oriented skills, which provided a solid foundation for her transition into Human Resources. Driven by a passion for people development, Charmaine now specializes in recruitment, focusing on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent. Her varied background allows her to take a holistic approach to HR, blending her expertise in education, customer service, and recruitment.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English, and is a Licensed Professional Teacher. Additionally, she has earned a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification, further enhancing her skills in language and communication.

Currently, Charmaine works as a Recruiting Coordinator at Study Smart Tutors, where she plays a key role in sourcing and securing the best candidates for the company. She leverages her educational background and customer service experience to assess applicants, ensuring they align with the company’s values and objectives.
