Bobby is a seasoned business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in educational leadership and 6 years in business development and strategic partnerships. His diverse background bridges the worlds of education and industry, enabling him to connect organizational needs with innovative solutions that drive student success and community impact.

Bobby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science, a Master’s Degree in Urban Leadership, and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. His corporate sales and business development career spans across sectors such as agricultural technology, medical staffing, and business consulting. Before transitioning to the corporate arena, Bobby served as a special educator, department chair, and staff development lead, where he championed equitable learning experiences for students of all abilities.

As a Partnership Manager for Northern California at Study Smart Tutors, Bobby cultivates and manages strategic partnerships with schools and community organizations. He develops and executes professional learning initiatives, staff training programs, and school-wide strategies that promote empowerment, access, and long-term student achievement.
