Bailey Stubblefield is the Associate Director of HR for the national team at Study Smart Tutors, where she leverages her extensive expertise in human resources to create a thriving workplace culture. Bailey is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in HR, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field.  Serving previously as an HR Department of one, she brings a well-rounded HR perspective to her role. Her commitment to professional development is evident in her passion for coaching, as she continuously seeks out innovative approaches to empower employees and help them reach their full potential.
