Her expertise in collaborating with institutional stakeholders has been instrumental in creating relationships that benefit both educators and students, ensuring that resources are tailored to support specific goals and enhance educational outcomes.

Ayo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. She began her career in pharmaceutical sales, but after being recruited into the education sector, she transitioned into roles focusing on Graduate and International student recruitment and university general education and major-specific assessments. This career shift ignited her passion for contributing valuable resources to educational institutions and students, a passion she continues to nurture today.

Currently serving as Associate Director of Partnership Development at Study Smart Tutors, Ayo leads strategic planning initiatives and oversees the execution of programming with school districts. She plays a key role in securing and managing partnerships, ensuring smooth program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key educational districts to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
