Ashley Schmerbeck

With over five years of service at Study Smart Tutors, Ashley has been pivotal in scaling Educator management from under 50 to over 1,000. Her strategic leadership has resulted in the development of a Staffing and Support Team comprising more than 15 dedicated professionals. Ashley’s expertise in process optimization has driven the development of a comprehensive Support Center for Educators and Partners, the creation of a Salesforce platform tailored to Educator needs, and the enhancement of Salesforce processes organization-wide to boost operational efficiency.

Ashley is a first-generation college graduate and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During that time, she directed community service initiatives focused on tutoring and science education to encourage students to pursue higher education. She also brings valuable classroom experience as a former Paraeducator supporting special education students.
