Adlyn brings over two years of recruitment operations experience within a hospitality technology staffing environment that provided flexible workforce solutions to large-scale, high-demand venues. She managed high-volume candidate pipelines, evaluated applicants for both technical skill and professional readiness, and maintained compliance and data integrity throughout the hiring lifecycle. That fast-paced environment sharpened her ability to balance efficiency with thoughtful candidate evaluation.

Prior to transitioning into recruitment within education, Adlyn worked directly in academic settings as a STEAM Lab Assistant and tutor across elementary, middle, high school, and college levels. Her classroom experience gives her a practical understanding of what makes educators successful, allowing her to assess candidates beyond credentials alone.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television from UCLA and brings strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to her work. She is passionate about connecting talented educators with meaningful opportunities that positively impact students and school communities.

Adlyn is a Recruiting Coordinator at Study Smart Tutors, where she supports the full-cycle recruitment process for part-time tutors and program facilitators. In her role, she sources candidates, reviews applications, conducts initial screenings, coordinates interviews, and maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
