With 4 years of experience in education, Aaron has seen firsthand the positive impact that programs and tutoring can have on students’ lives. He is dedicated to fostering and supporting the continued relationship between students and educators, ensuring that impactful educational experiences remain at the forefront. Aaron has overseen the development of various programs and continually strives to successfully implement new initiatives that elevate both educators and students.

Aaron holds a degree in History, is certified in Restorative Practices, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Leadership & Change. His passion for education began during his time at CSULB and prior, where he worked as a private tutor. He became enthralled with tailoring each session to meet his students’ individual needs, focusing on making education accessible to all learners.

As a Senior Academic Services Manager at Study Smart Tutors, Aaron is a passionate advocate for the positive impact that the organization’s programs can have on students. He has played a key role in developing and implementing new initiatives, such as the Lead Tutor Program, which aims to continually enhance the skills and expertise of Study Smart Tutors’ educators, as well as the development of large-scale in-person training, which has enhanced the quality and readiness of educators when launching new programs.
