Yisel Flores-Castro

With over 20 years in talent acquisition, including 7 years in leadership, Yisel joins Study Smart Tutors as Recruiting Manager, driven by her passion for service and the profound impact recruitment has on individuals and organizations.

Committed to mentorship, she volunteers to help college students craft compelling resumes, cover letters, and interview strategies, supporting their journey to meaningful employment. As a bilingual professional, she also assists with interpretation and translation in Spanish within her community.

Outside of work, Yisel enjoys traveling and going on ghost tours with her husband and two children, aiming to visit all U.S. states. Her creativity shines through designing and making clothes, crafting, repurposing items, reading, and baking.
