She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jose Maria College Foundation, Inc., where she developed a keen interest in human resources, particularly in recruitment. Her academic background and enthusiasm for talent acquisition have equipped her with the skills to connect qualified professionals with meaningful opportunities.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Nicole enjoys reading fiction, watching anime, cooking, playing badminton, hiking, and spending quality time with her family’s pet dogs. She values continuous learning and personal growth, embracing activities that enrich both her career and personal life.
