Jay-Mar Montealto

Jay-Mar Montealto is a graduate of Gabriel Taborin College of Davao with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. While technology has always been his passion, he discovered his calling as a payroll specialist, where his analytical skills and attention to detail truly shine. Outside of work, Jay-Mar enjoys playing guitar, basketball, and video games, with each hobby helping him stay focused and disciplined.

In his role as a payroll specialist, Jay-Mar applies the precision and problem-solving skills he developed in IT to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Much like in basketball, where every play counts, he understands the importance of every detail in payroll and strives to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
