Cassandra Schmitz comes to Study Smart Tutors with a range of experience in education and administration. Cassandra worked as a Program Coordinator for the City of Sacramento’s expanded learning recreation programs, a mentor for undergraduate students at California State University, Sacramento, and provided administrative support to California Community College administrators. Additionally, she was an Instructor for Study Smart Tutors for 3 years.

Cassandra is also a first generation college bound student who was not only the first person in her family to go to college, but was also the first to graduate from high school. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. In her spare time Cassandra enjoys traveling, baking, and playing board games.
