Brandon Sarmiento

Brandon joins Study Smart Tutors as a Social Media Intern after graduating from California State University, Northridge, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. While at CSUN, Brandon was involved with the university’s print and online news publication, The Daily Sundial. As a former editor for The Daily Sundial’s social media, opinion and culture sections, Brandon’s work aimed to elevate student voices through his articles, videos and multimedia projects.

Before transferring to CSUN, Brandon also attended Ventura College and earned his Associate in Arts in Communication Studies. When he’s being a free soul, Brandon enjoys skateboarding, hitting the gym and hiking.
